The Roll is named after his beloved wife Ana, who also works here at Harney Sushi.

The rolls is an explosion of the perfect blend of textures and tastes. A shrimp tempura based roll, topped with Salmon and Orange, Seared, and finished off with a Miguel’s Super Sauce.
